WARRANTY AND REPAIR
The original MAS product you have purchased is covered by warranty of 12 months. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end user. Please retain your sales receipt and your Warranty Card as proof of purchase. If you are not able to submit proof of purchase, the product manufacture date recorded by MAS will be deemed to be the start of the warranty period. An extra 12 months extended warranty period is offered and activated once product registration on the MAS official website (www.maslisten.com) is completed.
The product is warranted by MAS to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period. MAS agrees to remedy such defects by repairing or replacing at its option any product provided it is sent prepaid to the address listed below within the warranty period. MAS shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of the product or breach of contract or warranty.

The warranty does not cover: damage resulting from abnormal or commercial use; modifications by you of the product; cosmetic damage; any defect resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, shipping, failure to follow product instructions; problems caused by you; problems caused by maintenance or repair of the product by anyone other than MAS or a MAS ’s designated party; or damage caused by liquid. Any damage from accessories (casings, housings, pouches, head band parts, ear cups, ear buds, extension cables, adaptors, battery etc.) is not covered by this warranty. Opening, disassembling or re-assembling the product or attempting to open, disassemble or re-assemble the product may cause damage that this warranty does not cover. This warranty is void if the product is returned with any alterations or modification. It is required to submit the product to MAS for inspection to confirm the alleged defect. MAS will not provide coverage under this warranty unless you comply with all terms.
To request repair service, please follow below steps:
(1) Please fill in “Warranty Repair Request Form” from link at the bottom of this page. A RMA number associated with this request will be provided by MAS later.
(2) Please return the product in prepaid, secure and protective package to our service centers below:

(3) Please enclose the warranty card with a copy of your original receipt and note the RMA number on the packaging.
(4) During the warranty period, MAS will perform any repair or replacement that is covered by this warranty without charge except for transportation fee.
(5) If MAS does not confirm the alleged defect or the product is out of warranty, an estimated fee for repair service will be provided by MAS.
