1. MAS offers the following warranties for international markets –If you don’t register your MAS product on MAS official website, MAS will offer you 12 Months Limited Warranty and you may send your warranty products to the following address of MAS Service Centers. We will repair or replace them in accordance the Terms of 12 Months Limited Warranty.

Terms of 12 Months Limited Warranty


This product is warranted by MAS to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. MAS agrees to remedy such defects by repairing or replacing at its option any product provided it is sent prepaid to the address listed above within the warranty period. All implied warranties shall expire 12 months from the date of original purchase. MAS shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of the product or breach of contract or warranty. If you don’t register your MAS products on MAS official website, the warranty period will start from the manufacturing date of this product according to MAS record.


The warranty does not cover: damage resulting from abnormal or commercial use; modifications by you of the product; cosmetic damage; any defect resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, shipping, failure to follow product instructions; problems caused by you; problems caused by maintenance or repair of the product by anyone other than MAS or a MAS’s designated party; or damage caused by liquid. Any damage from accessories (casings, housings, pouches, head band parts, ear cups, ear buds, extension cables, adaptors, battery etc.) is not covered by this warranty. Opening, disassembling or re-assembling the product or attempting to open, disassemble or re-assemble the product may cause damage that this warranty does not cover. This warranty is void if the product is returned with any alterations or modification.


You are required to submit the product to MAS for inspection to confirm the alleged defect. MAS will not provide coverage under this warranty unless you comply with all terms. To request warranty service, you must:


   (1) return the product in prepaid, secure and protective packaging to the MAS Taipei Service centers at 9F-1, NO.150, FUXING NORTH ROAD, TAIPEI CITY 104, TAIWAN or to the MAS Hong Kong Service Center at UNIT 2601, 26/F., MEGA TRADE CENTRE, 1-6 MEI WAN STREET, TSUEN WAN., N.T., HONG KONG; and   (2) enclose a short but specific description of the alleged defect with a copy of your original receipt and sufficient information to allow MAS to contact you. During the warranty period, MAS will perform any repair or replacement that is covered by this warranty without charge to you except for the product transportation fee.
If MAS does not confirm the alleged defect, MAS will inform you of the estimated fee for repair efforts. After the warranty period, service for the product may be available from MAS for a fee.

 
 

2. If you register your MAS product on the MAS official website, you will active the 18 Months Limited Warranty. Once you have completed registration, you may send your warranty products to the following address of MAS Service Centers. We will repair or replace them in accordance the Terms of 18 Months Limited Warranty.
