1. Delivery
We will dispatch your ordered products on MAS AUDIO SCIENCE (MAS) website through international express delivery. If the shipment could not be delivered successfully twice and the recipient could not be reached by phone or other contact method, we have the right to cancel the order and refund in full amount.


2. Return and Exchange
We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any products ordered through MAS website (www.maslisten.com) at any time during the period from our dispatch confirmation to the end of 10 days after the day on which you receive the products.

   i. Dissatisfied with products ordered: MAS will accept your request for a refund or an exchange on any products you ordered within 10 days. However, you will bear the cost of return (such as postage) of the products you return to us (unless they are faulty). Please return products in the same conditions as they were dispatched (completed package, product , accessories , warranty card , and etc…). Please note that you are responsible for the products while they are in your possession. We recommend that you wrap your products safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. A potential charge may occur if the products are not able to remain the same conditions mentioned above when they are returned. Based on different regulations and various demand in sales activities among regions , we reserve the right to modify and the way of execution.
 ii. Faulty products: If you return any products because they are faulty or due to the following condition then we will bear the cost of their return.
     l   Product(s) received does not match what you order
     l   Product(s) specification is not the same as described
     l   Non-deliberate damage
     l   Your shipment has not been received (Ex: Undispatched or missing shipment)

If you require an exchange on a faulty product, then provided we have stock available we will provide a replacement within 3 working days after receiving your exchange request, and you will not be charged for delivery when we send the replacement item to you. If you require a return or an exchange on products 10 days after the day on which you receive the products, we will regard your demand as a standard product repair request.

3. Custom Duty and Taxes
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for products purchased online and shipped internationally. The fees, if any, depend on where the goods are sent from/to, the type of goods, their transnational value, and the weight of the package.

4. Products Liability Insurance
Products are covered by TOKIO MARINE NEWA INSURANCE product liability insurance (Insurance Number 1700005ML000417)
